At Sunbelt, Dane serves as an Inside Sales Representative, driven by a passion for building meaningful connections and helping others succeed. He brings a people-first mindset to every interaction, striving to create value and foster long-term relationships.

Before joining Sunbelt, Dane worked as an educator, primarily supporting students with emotional and behavioral challenges. During this time, he also coached varsity football and track, experiences that deepened his understanding of being a part of successful teams. His commitment to personal development led him to facilitate leadership seminars for supervisors, focusing on effective communication, motivation, and team dynamics.

Outside of work, Dane and his wife Michelle stay busy with their three children. As a family, they share a love for traveling, reading, and embracing new experiences.
