M&A Advisor

Jeffrey Neace was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio. He graduated from Northmont High School before enlisting in the U.S. Army, where he served two years of active duty to help fund his education. After completing his service, Jeffrey earned a business degree from the University of Dayton, where he was commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Army Reserves through ROTC. He later completed his MBA at Miami University.

Jeffrey's professional career spans banking, financial services, and entrepreneurship. He built and sold a successful Medicare insurance agency and later founded Paragon Infusion Therapy, which he grew and sold in 2019. In 2020, Jeffrey purchased and renovated the former Marathon service station in Centerville, transforming it into Whit’s Frozen Custard — a business he continues to own and operate today.

As a business broker with Sunbelt Business Advisors or Southwest Ohio, Jeffrey leverages decades of hands-on experience in business ownership, operations, and finance to guide owners through the process of buying and selling businesses. Having sat on both sides of the table, he understands the financial, emotional, and strategic considerations that come with each transaction.
