As a Certified Public Accountant, Tom has led over a hundred buy- and sell-side engagements across industries such as manufacturing, consumer products, healthcare, and technology—delivering financial and operational insights that drive successful outcomes. Known for bringing clarity to complexity, he combines a hands-on, analytical, and relationship-driven approach with deep transactional expertise to help clients maximize value through every stage of the deal lifecycle.

Tom holds a Master of Accountancy and a B.S. in Business from Miami University and enjoys reading, fitness, time in nature, and life with his family in Cincinnati.
