Tom joined the Sunbelt team after more than 30 years of corporate and consulting experience spanning startups, established companies in transition, and roles as a consultant, executive, and entrepreneur. His career has centered on aligning people, processes, metrics, and technology to help organizations grow, scale, and operate more effectively. Tom brings a balanced perspective shaped by both strategy and execution, with a particular focus on developing future leaders and guiding teams through periods of change.

The son and grandson of Hungarian immigrants, Tom is a proud University of Dayton graduate and a loyal Ohio State football fan. He and his wife Kerry have been married for over 26 years and are raising four children pursuing paths in fashion design, business, physical therapy, and education. Tom completed his first half marathon in 2024, encouraged by his daughter who was training for her first full marathon. In his spare time, he enjoys reading (always a printed book), playing cards, and spending time with friends, often joined by Nala, the family's mini Goldendoodle and his frequent co-worker.
