Achieving Our Mission by Assisting Our Clients in Reaching Their Goals
Since the opening of our business 10+ years ago our mission has remained the same – To achieve our firm’s goals by assisting our clients in achieving theirs. For the Seller this is maximizing their investment of time, energy and capital through the successful sale of their business. For the Buyer it’s controlling their financial and professional destiny through business ownership.
To achieve those goals with integrity and professionalism we chose to use as our guiding principles the Rotary 4-Way Test:
Is it the TRUTH?
Is it FAIR to all concerned?
Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
Is it BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
A good transaction only gets done when there is honest and open sharing of information and both parties get what they need out of the deal. We are happy to report that we have successfully helped a number of our clients achieve their goal of selling their business over the last several months. At the same time we’ve helped buyers acquire a business that can change their lives.
At Sunbelt Business Advisors our Brokers have a broad range of experience allowing us to assist clients in many business categories.

The Buyer owns 3 similar businesses in Oxford, which are slow in the summer months when students are on break, so he was looking for income in the summer months. DraftingSteals – Unfortunately, the founder and owner of this on-line business selling drafting supplies for architects, engineers, students and schools, passed away, leaving his spouse, Rayna Jennsen, with a business she didn’t know how to operate. Fortunately, a key employee, Melanie Adams, had an interest in assuming ownership and we were able to help them craft a deal and get the financing necessary to make the transaction work.
